Overview:

AITHA, a healthcare institution committed to providing quality healthcare services, invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit tenders for the implementation of a comprehensive Health Information System.

Scope of Work:

The selected vendor is expected to provide and implement a robust Health Information System that includes, but is not limited to, the following functionalities:

1. Electronic Health Records (EHR):
   • Design and implementation of an integrated EHR system for patient records management.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
2. Clinical Decision Support:
   • Develop a system that includes clinical decision support tools for healthcare professionals.
   • Ensure the system facilitates evidence-based practices.
3. Interoperability:
   • Ensure seamless integration with existing healthcare systems and external databases.
   • Implement Health Level Seven (HL7) standards for interoperability.
4. Security and Privacy:
   • Implement robust security measures to protect patient data.
   • Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
5. Training and Support:
   • Provide comprehensive training for healthcare staff on the use of the new system.
   • Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested vendors must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Proven experience in implementing Health Information Systems in healthcare institutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.
• Successful completion of similar projects.
• Financial stability and capacity to undertake the project.
